Good location, at walking distance from the centre and in between two metro stops. Very helpful and available staff at the reception. The room was as expected, functional and confortable.

Everything was very clean, the facilities was amazing, once we asked the reception about something she came directly and very quickly. So overall experience was amazing and I can recommend this hotel for anyone wants to spend a good time in Vienna with a good price.

The location is great within a 15-minute walk to the old part of Vienna. Rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is okish but basic. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Descent hotel for a descent price. Clean, in a quiet area close to the center on foot. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can' t express an opinion.

Very pet friendly, dog was allowed everywhere, even dining area, quite a good parking area, easily accessible, very close to the city centre.

The location is convenient; you can walk to the city center in 20 minutes, and there's a metro and tram station within a 5-minute walk. However, I didn't really use the metro much because you need to change stations to get to the center.

I was traveling with my parents and we booked a whole room with 4 beds which was very convenient for us, also, the elevator made our life way easier. The room was clean and met our requirements. There was also a guest room on the ground floor where we could make some tea. There were a lot of young visitors in the hotel, so the whole place looked energetic and my parents also enjoyed the liveliness of the whole environment. The breakfast was also nice and decent. The location was also relatively good in the sense that the tram, bus, and metro could be reached by foot in less than 5-7 minutes, but Vienna is a big city, so no location can be counted as perfect.
